About You

As a respected professional and experienced clinician, the post holder will lead by example, motivate and empower other staff and ensure high standards of care are set and delivered. Specifically, the CSM will ensure:

- Excellence in clinical practice and care is promoted across the Vasectomy Service.

- Clients are cared for in a safe, clean environment

- Excellence in client experience ensuring clients are treated with dignity and respect

- They provide strong clinical leadership and management of the Vasectomy Service, which is made up of 7 MSUK main centres and 19 Vasectomy Satellite Centres situated across the country.

- A proactive contribution to planning for and improving the Vasectomy Service and take an active lead in service transformation. This role will operate within the clinical quality governance framework of MSI and will work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team in the interests of developing and promoting high quality patient care
