About Us:

At Marie Stopes International we are unapologetically pro-choice. We believe that every woman has the right to make choices about her own body and her own future. As one of the world’s leading providers of contraception and safe abortion care, we give women the means to do so. Our team members, working across 37 countries, provide high quality, safe services to women, when and where they need them. Because when a woman can determine her own future, she can contribute to creating a better, more sustainable future for everyone.

The Role:

With growing numbers of clients and partners having access to mobile phones and other devices, it is becoming increasingly important to ensure that MSI’s Contact Centres are scaled up to reach our clients with the right information, advice and support for their sexual health and family planning needs, via a wide range of communication channels.

The Project Manager enables the project to be delivered to timescale, on budget and achieving the expected business benefits.

The Project Manager provides leadership in project best practice and is highly customer-focused. The PM will work across key departments at MSI and is the key contact in the project team ensuring information (e.g. deliverables, risks, issues) passes to and from Sponsors. They must also ensure that project risks and issues are managed, focusing on the project interface and coordination with project team, project workstream leads, external suppliers, key stakeholders and communication with the wider organisation.
