The Role:


The PMO Lead will set up and lead a Project Management Office to coordinate MSI’s digital technology initiatives.


About you:


You are an experienced Project Manager who is passionate about managing the delivery of technology solutions in support of MSI’s digital transformation. You are excited by the challenge of setting up a new structure and framework that will improve the way we manage a multitude of projects and workstreams.  You enjoy working with a large variety of stakeholders on all levels of the organisation and acting as a trusted advisor and ambassador for the PMO.


To succeed in this role, you must have:

Skills and Experience:

  • A proven track record of sucessfully managing IT projects and programmes in a multinational environment
  • Experience in setting up and running a PMO function
  • Strong business acumen and commercial skills
  • Ability to manage and work effectively with key stakeholders, to network and negotiate


Qualifications and Training:

  • Experience with one or more project management methodologies (for example, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2 and agile)
  • Educated to degree level, or equivalent experience


Personal Attributes:

  • Excellent communicator; ability to explain IT and project management concepts to business leaders
  • Very strong leadership skills and direction setting
  • Focused on delivery with a pragmatic  ‘can do’ approach

Salary: £50,000-£60,000
