About the role:

We are looking for a Health Advisor to join our Call Centre (One Call) operation in Bristol. Reporting to the Team Manager, the purpose of this role is to make telephone pre-treatment assessments to clients seeking termination of pregnancy, vasectomy, treatment bookings and other related services and record all details on the client record system. We are looking to recruit full time and part time positions.

  • Team playerIn return for your efforts we can offer a starting salary at £19,350 (Pro-Rata) and benefits package including up to 5% pension contribution and discretionary bonus, as well as commitment to your ongoing personal and professional development.

  • What we can offer you

We are able to offer a shift pattern consisting of mainly late starts, 14:00 - 22:00, Monday to Friday.

Full training is provided and successful candidates will need to be available to attend 3 weeks, Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30, full time induction training. You will be supported by our dedicated training team, Managers and coaches.
