The Role:

Working with the Purchase Ledger and Expenses Manager on the management of purchase Ledger & expenses function within Global finance team.

Reporting to the Purchase Ledger & Expenses Manager you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day management of the purchase ledger and expenses team to ensure that the purchase ledger and expenses functions are running efficiently and effectively, and all payments are timely and accurate.

 

About you

To succeed in this role, you must have:

Skills and Experience:

 

  • Experienced on Sun Accounts Version 6 - desirable
  • Experience of Vision Reporting – desirable
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel – essential
  • Strong understanding in accounting terminology and of double entry - essential
  • Excellent numeracy skills – essential
  • Working knowledge of HMRC guidelines for expenses including Per Diems – desirable

 

Qualifications

  • GCSE Level or equivalent in Maths and English - essential
  • Working toward an accounting qualification – desirable
