What are we looking for?

  • Someone with a track record of success in driving consumer sales through distributer and wholesale channels
  • You understand selling and what sales teams need to be effective in their product selling & detailing arguments
  • In depth understanding of the personal healthcare/pharmaceutical markets
  • Proven experience of new brand/product development and launch.
  • You should have experience managing sales in countries outside of the Western context – ideally Africa and Asia.
  • Ultimately, we’re looking for someone with the passion and creativity to take hold of our social marketing and take it to the next level.

 

What does the Social Marketing team do?

Our Social Marketing team is responsible for selling and distributing our range of medical abortion/post abortion care and sexual reproductive health (SRH). This team operates to the standards, processes and tools you expect to find in any commercial brand building business.  In this role, you will be responsible for driving commercially-oriented social marketing strategies to ensure the success and sustainability of our programmes, ultimately to double the number of MSI enabled safe medical abortions/Post Abortion Care to 6M women by 2020. You will be key in making our operations financially self-supporting and become a recognised income driver. You will be expected to spend a significant time in-country, working the with Country Directors and their teams in formulating & implementing social marketing building blocks and driving forward the overall strategy.

Location: London
